Lovestruck The Musical
The Musical tells the story of Harper (Jane Seymour), one of the best dancers to hit Broadway. But an injury caused her to leave the spotlight, become a choreographer, and raise her daughter, Mirabella (Sara Paxton). When Mirabella, the star of Harper's next big production, decides to quit the show to get married, her mother is determined to put a stop to the wedding and show Mirabella that she cannot give up her career for love, especially to marry playboy Marco (Alexander DiPersia). After the long flight to the Italian wedding site, Harper takes a swig from a strange bottle that is supposed to dull the pain of an old dance injury. Instead, the elixir magically turns Harper 30 years younger. Harper's younger appearance (Chelsea Kane plays Young Harper) allows her to secretly infiltrate the wedding - only to confront a huge obstacle in Mirabella's father, Ryan (Tom Wopat), who can recognize his ex-wife in any form. After he too experiences the reverse-aging effects of the elixir (Drew Seeley plays Young Ryan), Ryan teams with Harper to reverse the damage she's done to Mirabella and Marco's relationship, hopefully in time to save the wedding.

When I started watching Devil Seed I thought that this is a really good low-budget demonic-possession movie. It has impressive special effects that aren't over the top.
The acting is believable and well it is a B-movie, but the first half is pretty good. But, much like the character of Alex, played by Michelle Argyris, it gets ugly.
It seems like the producers had a good idea but didn't know what to do with it so they just finished the movie by copying old standbys like The Exorcist and Rosemary's Baby.
Then, they just started to drag out some parts like where Alex's boyfriend was cheating on her with her roommate Breanne (Vanessa Broze) over and over to make sure we get it. The movie is only an hour and a half long but seemed much longer due to times in the story where they just repeated things—whether it was talking to the counselor who didn't believer her or the nightly attacks. And I'm not really sure what the back story for Alex is.
They hint around to a woman being possessed before but is it her mom or grandmother—they never make it clear why she is possessed.
You will have to decide for yourself, but here we go. We start off with Alex who is a young college student coming home from a vacation to her new apartment with her two roommates. Her best friend Jessica played by Shantelle Canzanese takes her out for one last party before school starts up again.
As the night winds down, they decide to have their palms read, but when the psychic reads Alex’s palm she gets wide eyed and scared. She tells her she has someone with her and then Alex passes out. That’s when strange things start to happen. She starts to hear scratching sounds and doors opening by themselves. Objects move on their own.
In one scene she is standing at the bottom of her roommate Breanne's bed just staring at her and when Breanne asks her what she is doing she moves her head in abnormal ways, cracking the bones in her neck. She then floats through the hallways and speaks in strange languages.
Alex draws runes all over her walls and books and then nightly attacks leave bruises and scratch marks all over her body. Her friend Jess takes her to a counselor, but he thinks Alex is doing this to herself. At a loss, the counselor asks his father for help because he just happens to be a failed exorcist who has given up his calling. Things finally come to a head when Alex attacks Breanne and the exorcist shows up out of the blue and tries to get rid of the demon.
In the end, Devil Seed starts out really good but loses steam halfway through and just copies other better movies.
